You Don't Fight You Might Loose

Boxing Match

Living for God is much like a boxing match
Two guys in a boxing ring
a saint standing in God’s stead
Your opponent is the devil
you punch him in his head
He’s big he’s strong he fights back he’s given you quite a few smacks
he gets in a good shot you almost get knocked out
You got to keep fighting you hear the crowd cheer and shout
You prance a little harder to keep him off your back
Dance show him who has the better talent
he toyed with you as an adolescence
Show him your athletic ability give him no
susceptibility
he starts out strong
If you keep punching that boggar won’t last too long
punch his lights out til he phones home
you are the King’s child beyond any doubt
Started out as the underdog
God know who the watchdog is
Keep the praise in the power of your song alive
Watch and see that devil take a flying nose dive
Your opponent can’t handle your confidence
When you knock him out it won’t be no accident
Let your fighting praise ring out loud in the air
Keep on punching till you knock your enemy out of there
Don’t let him get in to close he will try to knock you down
Watch his hands don’t be silly clowning around
Let that joker know you on the rebound
Give him the one two punch turn that smile to a frown
Then listen for the sound of his bones crunch
Knock him on the rope jab, jab punch
Wiggle and move do the rope a dope now, thump
His tactic his moves you already scoped
Knock that clown down bouncing around tip toed
Let him feel the weight of your punch
Knock him down make his head hunch
Give him no stability punch in the ribs like he drank kegs
Watch him with his wobbly legs
He feels his last heart pound falling to the ground
Show him what you made of make sure he stays down
When fighting the devil don’t show no love
Be strong win every bout
Make him think he has gout
There is no doubt about it
Winning ain’t contradictory
Go ahead raise your gloves you got the victory
